Last week I released Dear Butterfly: A Collection of Magical and Mythical Poems to kindle.
Here's the beginning of the first poem, "A Poem for Pens," just to give you an idea of what the poetry is like:
If a pen wants to write a poem, who am I to deny it? Who am I to deny ink of sky that is concentrated black or blue depending on the time of day? Who am I to deny the thickened rainbows that have so been contained into instruments of moonlight and twisted earth?
I'm not about to deny my pens the pleasure of writing a poem, and you shouldn't either.
The book is $0.99 on Amazon for now. Check it out. As always, if you're interested in posting a review, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a review copy. Thanks!
